After her years of service to insurance giant American International Group (AIG), she joined the American Marketing Association (AMA) to build the HR discipline from the ground up, nurturing an organizational fitness approach that continues to use her foundation to yield high engagement, low turnover, and a rich community experience that boasts a 4.0 rating on Glassdoor.

Having coached in her professional roles for over 20 years, Kelly embarked on a profoundly meaningful career change, enrolling in Co-Active Professional Coach Training, widely recognized as the most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry. As the largest and most established professional coach training organization in the world, Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) is home to the Co-Active Model, known as the most flexible and proven model in the coaching world.
